Systematic review of human clinical trials on Eurycoma longifolia (EL) for male sexual health. Out of 150 articles, 11 met inclusion criteria, with 7 showing positive effects on male sexual disorders and 4 showing insufficient effects. The review supports EL's potential in improving male sexual health.

This randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study investigated the effects of Eurycoma longifolia (Tongkat Ali, TA) on immunity in middle-aged Japanese subjects. Over 4 weeks, the TA group showed significantly higher scores in Scoring of Immunological Vigor, immunological grade, and T cell counts compared to the placebo group, suggesting enhanced immunity.

Standardised water‐soluble extract of Eurycoma longifolia, Tongkat ali, as testosterone booster for managing men with late‐onset hypogonadism?
Observational study of 76 patients with late-onset hypogonadism given 200 mg of Tongkat ali extract for 1 month. Treatment significantly improved the Ageing Males’ Symptoms score and serum testosterone concentration, with 71.7% and 90.8% of patients showing normal values post-treatment.
