The effect of nettle (Urtica dioica) supplementation on the glycemic control of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: A systematic review and meta‐analysis

Systematic review and meta-analysis of 8 RCTs with 401 participants assessing the effect of nettle supplementation on glycemic markers in T2DM patients. Nettle supplementation significantly reduced fasting blood sugar concentrations but showed no significant effect on insulin levels, insulin resistance index, or glycosylated hemoglobin percentage.

The effect of nettle vaginal cream on subjective symptoms of vaginal atrophy in postmenopausal women.
