Comparative Effectiveness of Nutritional Supplements in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis: A Network Meta-Analysis.

Network meta-analysis of 39 RCTs with 4599 patients comparing the effectiveness and safety of seven nutritional supplements for knee osteoarthritis. Boswellia showed significant improvements in WOMAC pain, stiffness, function, and VAS pain compared to placebo. Curcumin, collagen, ginger, and krill oil also demonstrated benefits in some outcomes. No supplement was associated with increased adverse events.

Efficacy of Extracts of Oleogum Resin of Boswellia in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

This systematic review and meta-analysis evaluated the efficacy of Boswellia extracts in treating knee osteoarthritis. After 2 months, 14.1% of patients with Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis showed negative seminal cultures, while microbial parameters varied significantly among inflammatory prostatitis patients.
