The effectiveness of postoperative intervention in patients after rhinoplasty: a meta-analysis.
Meta-analysis of 11 trials with 627 patients assessing postoperative care methods for edema and ecchymosis after rhinoplasty. Arnica administration, cold compression, and tape application reduced eyelid edema and ecchymosis. Intranasal packing was associated with more adverse effects compared to non-packing.

Homeopathic arnica therapy in patients receiving knee surgery: results of three randomised double-blind trials.
Three randomised, placebo-controlled, double-blind trials investigated the effectiveness of homeopathic Arnica montana on postoperative swelling and pain after knee surgeries.
